Accounts opened on behalf of someone else, accounts shared between multiple people and accounts opened using false details are all in breach of the terms and will be closed when discovered. Any winnings on a closed account may be voided.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits can be made using any of the payment methods listed in the cashier. The minimum deposit is twenty euros for most methods and the maximum varies by method and by your account history. Withdrawals are paid back to the same method used to deposit wherever possible, which is a standard anti money laundering requirement across the regulated gambling market. The first withdrawal request requires a one off identity verification, after which subsequent withdrawals are processed without further ID checks.
Bonus rules

Common rules across most bonuses include a maximum bet of five euros per spin while wagering, a contribution of one hundred percent for slots and ten percent for table and live games, and a wagering period of thirty days from the moment the bonus is credited.
Bonus abuse is treated seriously. That includes things like using two accounts to claim the same welcome offer twice, deliberately playing low risk strategies to clear wagering or using a payment method that is not in your own name. Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be removed, and your account may be closed.
Account closure and inactivity
You can close your account at any time using the tools in the responsible gambling section or by contacting support. Accounts that are inactive for an extended period may be closed automatically after a year of no activity, with the balance held safely and returned on request. We will always try to contact you before any inactivity closure to give you the option to keep the account open.
Changes to the terms
We may update the terms from time to time, for example when a new product launches or when the regulatory environment changes. Significant updates will be notified to you by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, giving you the option to close your account if you do not accept the new terms. Minor updates are published on this page and on the legal page and take effect immediately.

How does identity verification work?
The first withdrawal request triggers a one off identity verification. You will be asked to upload a copy of a government issued photo ID, a recent proof of address such as a utility bill and, in some cases, a screenshot or photo of the payment method you used to deposit. The verification team reviews the documents within a working day and the withdrawal is processed as soon as verification is complete. Subsequent withdrawals do not require further ID checks unless your account details change.
